Shipping Policy

We specialize in the distribution of MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) media, which requires bulk handling and specialized logistics. As such, our shipping methods are designed to accommodate the volume and nature of our products.

Freight & Flatbed Shipping

All orders above 1 cubic meter (1m³) are shipped via freight carriers or flatbed trucks due to size and handling requirements. We do not offer parcel shipping for these volumes.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on order volume, delivery location, and required equipment (e.g., flatbed, liftgate, etc.). A logistics team member will contact you post-order to finalize shipping arrangements and provide a detailed freight quote if not already included at checkout.

Delivery Requirements

• Commercial addresses are preferred. If delivery is to a location with limited access (e.g., residential areas, remote sites), please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate logistics.

• Customers are responsible for unloading the shipment unless offloading services have been pre-arranged.

• Any delays, redelivery fees, or access issues resulting from incorrect site information will be billed to the customer.

Lead Times

Lead times depend on inventory levels, order size, and destination. Estimated delivery timelines will be confirmed once the order is processed.

Shipping Damage

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipping. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment immediately and note any visible damage on the bill of lading. Claims for damage or missing goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
